Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $45 USD or more.

For orders below $45 USD, applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Fulfillment

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on product availability and the delivery destination. The shipping origin may therefore vary between orders.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is available, tracking details will be provided using the contact information associated with the order.

If tracking has not been updated for an extended period, an order is significantly delayed, or a package appears to be lost, please contact us with your order number and available tracking information.
