Order Changes and Cancellations

Changes to an Order

We start preparing orders promptly after purchase. If you need to change an item, update delivery information, or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment, packing, or shipment has begun.

Cancellations

If an order can be cancelled before fulfillment has progressed too far, we will confirm the cancellation.

If payment has already been completed for an approved cancellation, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders that have already been shipped generally cannot be cancelled.
